🎨 Calling All Creative Families! 🎨

We know our school community is full of talented artists, makers, crafters and creative thinkers, and we'd love to hear from you!

We are exploring the possibility of holding a school Arts Fair and would like to find out more about the artistic skills, hobbies and small businesses within our community. Whether you paint, knit, bake, make jewellery, create home décor or have another creative passion, we'd love to know how you might like to get involved.

Please take a few minutes to complete our short questionnaire:

SENsational Billy — Stories Coming Soon! 🌟

Billy has lots more adventures to share! 🐾💙

COMING SOON:

💙 Big Feelings in a Busy World
Exploring big emotions and learning that every feeling is okay.

🎧 When It All Feels Too Much
Understanding sensory overload and finding ways to feel safe and calm.

👾 Billy’s Worry Monster
Helping Billy understand worries and discover ways to manage them.

✨ Look With Me: Billy’s Visual Stimming
Sometimes Billy’s eyes get “stuck” on things that move, shine, or repeat.
Spinning wheels, flickering lights, patterns in the carpet… they all feel calming and fascinating.
This story helps us understand how Billy uses visual stimming to feel regulated, focused, and safe in his world.

🧠 Billy’s Busy Brain
Exploring thoughts, ideas and what happens when Billy’s brain won’t slow down.

🤫 Billy’s Quiet Days
Showing that sometimes Billy needs a little less of everything.

❤️ My Brother, My World
Billy discovers that his autism doesn’t only affect him it can affect the people he loves too.

And lots more SENsational adventures are on the way!

Every story is created to help children understand themselves, understand others and celebrate what makes them wonderfully different.

🐾 This is Billy’s world. Welcome to it.

💙 A note about these stories:
All of Billy’s adventures are written from his own perspective, drawing on my real lived experience of autism and sensory differences. This means we see the world exactly as Billy experiences it, honestly, gently, and without judgement helping others better understand what life can feel like from the inside.

Summer holidays can be really expensive for our families.

Families visiting their local Morrisons Café throughout the summer holidays can enjoy a free ‘Kellogg’s Breakfast’, which includes a bowl of cereal and a portion of fruit.

The best part, it’s not just for kids, adults get to eat completely free too.
