Some of our FAQ's 👇
How many sessions will my child need❓
This completely depends on your child's ability and their aim but after a couple of sessions, the tutor will be able to give a better idea of this.
Will my child have the same tutor each week❓
Yes. Your child will have the same tutor for each subject. However, if you feel that the tutor is not a good fit for your child, you can request to change tutors without any problems. We understand that each student and teacher has different learning and teaching styles and that it is not a case of 'one size fits all'
What if we can't make our lesson❓
Not a problem. As long as you let the centre know with plenty of notice, we can cancel or rearrange the lesson with no charge.
Do we need to bring anything to lessons❓
No. We provide resources and stationery. If there is something that you would like to bring (your own stationery, work from school that you are finding difficult etc) this is also fine.
Are tutors qualified❓
Absolutely. Our tutors are all qualified, hold an enhanced DBS Certificate and have completed Safeguarding Training.

What a way to end a crazy month, accepting delivery of a very special award for multi-award winners. We have won this award for 3 years in a row and so now we have a special gold trophy, isn't she beautiful 😍
