Harley took the Aquatics GB champs by storm in the 200m, 100m and 50m fly events, finishing in strong mid-table positions each time.

HSSC’s annual TERRY FITZGERALD Open Meet took place yesterday - and what a fab event it was.

💥Great Swims | Great Atmosphere | Great Support💥

The day included the fast and furious Skins event - winners were:
🏆14 and under: Honor Hanmer and Tyler Garcia
🏆15 and over: Oscar Read and Erin Graham

🏊Thank you to all our fantastic helpers (officials, team managers, poolside assistants, raffle and medal volunteers, photographers, AOE crew, chef, etc, etc), and the club’s superb coaching team.🏊💙

Special recognition goes to meet manager DEBBIE PAIGE for all her non-stop hard work.💯💙

💥JUNIOR ARENA LEAGUE - ROUND THREE 💥

The third and final round of JAL took place yesterday at Battle Abbey pool.

Well done to HSSC's young swimmers for an outstanding evening of racing.

🤽‍♀️WATER POLO UPDATE🤽‍♀️

💥DEVEN MACKENZIE played at the INTERNATIONAL summer Cup hosted by club fluvial Portuguese in Porto Portugal. As the youngest player in the U18 tournament she gained some impressive experience, made some great steals and a number of key assists.Deven played for London Otter and the team came away with an impressive 4th place...🤽‍♀️💙

💥....Meanwhile, SAM FOOT represented the South East Region in the Under 16’s Open Division 2 tournament last weekend held at the East Manchester Aquatics Centre and the Sir Jason Kenny Centre in Bolton. Sam had a great tournament, scoring his first major tournament goal in the first match against East Midlands in a 17-7 victory.🤽‍♀️💙

Huge CONGRATULATIONS to HSSC's open water swimmers last weekend, who competed in the South East Region and County events.

💥There were top achievements across the 2km & 3km events, with PBs and medals a plenty:💥

🥇MYLEE SAUNDERS - Sussex & Regional gold
🥈HOLLY O'DONOGHUE - Sussex silver
🥇IMOGEN MAGRI - Regional & Sussex gold
🥇WENDY SIMS - Regional & Sussex gold
🥉MIROSLAVA KIRILOVA - Sussex bronze
🥉Tyler Garcia - Sussex bronze

The masters were also making a splash in their age groups, with PBs across the board:

🤽Deven has been selected as one of the top girls at the London Talent Centre in the under 14 age group to represent the London Talent Centre.💙🤽

Congratulations to HSSC's first JUNIOR CLUB CAPTAINS.

💥NAOMI FRANCE and HENRY SIMS were announced in their new roles for 2026 at Club Champs yesterday evening.💥

🏊‍♂️They were presented with their certificates by club president TIM BIGG🏊‍♂️

👏👏Well done to both of you, and to all those who applied, for an outstanding set of entries.

These are new positions at the club to complement the existing 2026 Club Captains - Daisy Uttley-Moore and Harry Daykin who will continue to represent all squads. 💙🏊‍♂️
