Are you able to donate new and unused hygiene products to help those experiencing hygiene poverty.

The particular items that are needed:-
• Shower Gel
• Shampoo
• Conditioner
• Toothpaste
• Tooth Brushes
• Sun Cream
• Soap

Hygiene banks have been set up around the borough in various locations and all items donated are redistributed through food banks and community pantries for those in need to access them.

Bins across the borough will continue to be collected as normal during on Bank Holiday Monday 31 August, with all collections of rubbish, recycling, garden and food waste remaining the same.

Our crews start at 7am so please ensure your bin is ready for collection to avoid it being missed.

⚠️Notice of closure – Purbrook Heath

The open space at Purbrook Heath, Waterlooville, will be closed to the public while a new drainage system is being installed.

This closure will take place from 1 September until 1 December 2026.

The Purbrook Heath Road and car park will remain open as usual.
