In 2021 we supported 157 people to find work, return to work or improve their income. We were also shortlisted finalists for 2 national awards, our teams have gone from strength to strength and strive to provide you with the support, resources, training and expertise to achieve your goals.

We are looking for 3 people to join the team in Employer Engagement and Business Support roles.

You will be able to build relationships with employers who are recruiting and introduce them to our free recruitment service – we will source, train and select candidates for employers all for free.

We are funded to help people find new jobs so we can offer this invaluable service to employers at no charge.

You will need to be a good communicator and have strong sales skills and good interpersonal skills.

If you have a background in recruitment or sales, this could be your most rewarding role ever – providing a great service that helps people find work and helps employers find skilled motivated new staff – then contact us.
