Due to essential maintenance, the ChoiceHomes@Pembrokeshire website will be offline between: 5pm on Friday 13th May– 9am Monday 16th May. Please continue to bid as normal outside of these times. All bidding will close at 5pm on Monday. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this break in service. Based on this time period being the least popular time for customers to place bids, we hope it will cause the least disruption while essential maintenance is being carried out. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

During the national Coronavirus lockdown we will continue to run the Choice Homes advert and allocate in the normal way. If you are successful with your bid you will not be able view the property, sign the tenancy agreement or move in until the lockdown is over.

Please be advised due to the Christmas and New Year Period the Choice Homes advert will be running from 9am Wednesday 23rd December 2020 until 5pm Monday 4th January 2021.

Yn ystod cyfyngiadau symud cenedlaethol y coronafeirws byddwn yn parhau i redeg yr hysbyseb Cartrefi Dewis ac yn dyrannu yn y ffordd arferol. Os byddwch yn llwyddiannus gyda'ch cais, ni fyddwch yn gallu gweld yr eiddo, llofnodi'r cytundeb tenantiaeth na symud i mewn nes bod y cyfyngiadau symud ar ben.

Oherwydd cyfnod y Nadolig a'r Flwyddyn Newydd, bydd yr hysbyseb Dewis Cartrefi yn cael ei gynnal rhwng 9am ddydd Mercher 23 Rhagfyr 2020 a 5pm 4 Ionawr 2021.

We have introduced a new ‘Online Housing’ Portal to provide our customers with a safe and secure place to access housing information, support and guidance and to take part in the bidding process for properties.

You will need to register to use the portal – It’s really easy to do.

*’Housing Online’ portal coming soon*

From the 19th October our Housing team are changing the way customers can access their services through the launch of the ‘Housing Online’ portal.

The portal will provide a safe and secure place for housing customers to access all the info, support and guidance they require e.g. Tenancy information, online application forms, building maintenance service requests etc…

Phase one of the portal development is focused on registering your details in order for you to use the portal.

Please note: without registering you will not be able to see properties and the bidding process.

You will be able to register using a valid email address, Gmail or My Account and you will also need to be on the housing register
