📣 Cyfle am waith prosiect â thâl yn Eileen’s
Rydym yn chwilio am rywun i ddarparu dyfynbris ar gyfer sefydlu system syml i werthuso ein prosiect cynhwysiant digidol, Llwybrau Digidol Eileen’s, ac anfon negeseuon dilynol yn awtomatig.
Byddwn yn darparu’r testun Saesneg, Cymraeg a Hawdd ei Ddeall. Mae angen cymorth arnom i greu holiaduron, trefnu ymatebion a sefydlu negeseuon e-bost awtomatig ar ôl chwe wythnos a chwe mis, gan ddefnyddio Google Forms a Google Sheets neu ddewis arall addas.

Rydym am gysylltu ymatebion gan ddefnyddio codau cyfranogwyr, cadw unrhyw gyfeiriadau e-bost a ddarperir yn wirfoddol ar wahân i atebion yr holiaduron, a chyfyngu mynediad at y wybodaeth. Ni ddylai adroddiadau ddatgelu pwy yw cyfranogwyr unigol.
Byddai profiad o ffurflenni hygyrch, awtomeiddio gyda Google a thrin gwybodaeth gyfrinachol yn ddefnyddiol. Byddai angen profi’r system hefyd, ynghyd â sesiwn drosglwyddo fer a chyfarwyddiadau clir.

📣 Paid project opportunity at Eileen’s
We’re looking for someone to quote for setting up a simple evaluation and automated follow-up system for Eileen’s Digital Pathways, our digital inclusion project.
We will provide the English, Welsh and Easy Read wording. We need help creating questionnaires, organising responses and setting up automatic follow-up emails at six weeks and six months, using Google Forms and Sheets or a suitable alternative.
🔒 Protecting participants’ privacy is central to the work. We want responses linked using participant codes, with optional email addresses held separately from questionnaire answers and access restricted. Reports must not identify individual participants.
Experience with accessible forms, Google automation and confidential information would be useful. We would also need testing, a short handover and clear instructions.
