Our Inside Out Health & Wellbeing Programme is a 12-week programme designed to support adults who are currently less active, with a mix of creative, cultural and social activities in a friendly and supportive group setting.

From creative classes and museum visits to healthy walks and gentle physical activity, there are plenty of opportunities to discover something new, meet others and support your overall health and wellbeing.

🎲 MEET LIZZIE MAGIE
Feminist. Economist. Inventor. Games designer.
In the early 1900s, Lizzie created a board game to show that there could be another way. A fairer way. A world where wealth could be shared and everyone could have a chance.
Then her game was stolen.

Do Not Pass Go tells Lizzie’s story through physical theatre, movement, comedy, dance and physical and visual storytelling. It’s a joyful, irreverent and very different look at the woman behind one of the world’s most famous games.
