🏊‍♀️ SWIMMER OF THE MONTH! 🏊‍♀️

A massive congratulations to Regan on being nominated for Swimmer of the Month — not only by Hope, but also by her Crash Course teacher, Maria! 🌟

Regan has made fantastic progress, moving up a stage, conquering her fear of the main pool, and her confidence is now absolutely amazing! 💪💦

During last week’s Crash Course, Regan continued to shine and successfully moved up to Level 3 with Maria. What a fantastic achievement! 👏🎉

Hope expressed It's so amazing to watch Regan’s confidence grow and see how far she has come. We couldn’t be prouder of you, Regan! 💖

Our Wonderful Swim Teacher Donna took part in a truly special event last week 🏆🚴‍♀️

"Last week marked my 12th year participating in the Police Unity Tour—a grueling 244 mile, four-day ride from Chelmsford Police HQ to the National Memorial Arboretum. We ride to remember every fallen officer who has died in the line of duty, raising money for Care of Police Survivors (COPS). For me, this cause is deeply personal. In 1989, my sister, WPC Jo-Ann Jennings, was tragically killed in a police car accident. She was only 23 years old.

My journey this year was especially tough. A nasty crash during a training ride three weeks ago left me badly bashed up. While my injuries meant I couldn't complete the full distance, I refused to give up. I got back on the saddle every single day and proudly contributed over 100 miles to the cause."

Congratulations Donna, you're such an inspiration to all!! 🚴‍♀️ important note Always where a helmet when cycling!!
