Today! 🎉

Many people who care for a loved one don't see themselves as "carers" and, as a result, miss out on valuable advice, support, and local services.

Our monthly Carers Café provides a friendly, welcoming space where unpaid carers can enjoy a tea or coffee, meet others in similar situations, and access information about support available to them. Our aim is to reduce isolation, encourage peer support, and remind carers that their own wellbeing matters too.

Our next Carers Café will take place on Thursday 20th August at Henley Library, between 1:30 and 3pm. We will then meet every third Thursday of the month at the same time.

We are delighted to welcome Liz Thomas from Carers Oxfordshire, who will be joining us to share information about the support and services available to unpaid carers in the local area.

We had a very special visit from Puppet Theatre Barge a couple of weeks ago. Very lovely volunteers presented 2 gorgeous puppet shows, and then taught kids how to make their own puppet monsters. It was loads of fun, and we hope they will return one day - hopefully soon! 🙂

Make sure you are safe - if your home is too hot, come to spend some time with us. ❤️

We are open until 1pm today and 9am to 5:30pm tomorrow.

Craft Bonanza at Henley Library! We had so much fun listening to a musical story time today, and the stories also gave us inspiration that we put into our craft creations! 🙂

If you would like to try your hand at something similar, we have a storytime at 10am and then a musical craft session at 2pm next Friday (14 August) .

We are looking forward to your visit! 🙂
