We want to protect children online, but age limits alone miss the bigger issue.

Social media platforms promote and profit from content while avoiding the responsibilities publishers face. If they algorithmically amplify harmful content, we believe that they should be held legally accountable.

The UK can change the rules if politicians are willing to take on the tech giants.
