Ware Road Day Service is a day service for people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health problems, dementia or age related conditions, in Hertford. People come here to enjoy a caring, friendly and comfortable environment where peoples’ minds and bodies are stimulated with activities that promote health and wellbeing. Sessions are held to help people recall fond memories,

retain skills, keep fit and remain healthy. Whatever a persons’ mobility level, our friendly team are trained to help with everyday needs. To access our Day Service please apply by completing the online form to request an assessment through :

People will need to qualify for support and may have to pay for part or all of their services. Click on the links on our webpage for more information.
