Our crew are always ready to bring critical care to the scene, but they couldn’t be there without your support.

🩸 £1.76 could cover a large trauma dressing to help manage heavy bleeding.
💊 £33.96 could cover drugs for pain relief, ensuring patients are kept free from pain.
⛑️ £188 could provide a road traffic collision helmet to keep crew safe on scene.

Seeing the progress our patients have made is always special. ❤️

A huge thank you to Airbus Helicopters for hosting a private event for some of our patients and their families earlier this week.

It was a meaningful opportunity for our Aftercare team, crew and CEO Amanda McLean, to reconnect with people whose lives have been touched by our service.

For many of our former patients, our helicopter can be a powerful symbol of hope and of the care they received when they needed it most.

Having the chance to see it up close, under very different circumstances, was a poignant moment for patients, families and our team alike. 🚁

For every motorcyclist in our area, there’s peace of mind knowing we’ve got your back in an emergency. But do you have ours?

Join a convoy of other bikers at our on Sunday 27th September to help raise funds for your local air ambulance service.

Here’s what you need to know:
📆 When: Sunday 27th September 2026 from 9:30am
📍 Where: Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire
🏍️ How far: 25-mile scenic ride around the Chilterns

We’re suggesting a donation of £15 per rider and £5 per pillion. If you want to make your donation go the extra mile, you could also set up a JustGiving page and encourage family and friends to sponsor you.

Driving up support for their local lifesaving service 🚗

The team behind Classics On The Crick have managed to raise an outstanding £18,464.43 at their most recent event. The classic car and motorbike show has been raising money for Thames Valley Air Ambulance since 2014 and over the past 12 years have raised around £150,000!

To put that figure into perspective, it could cover:

🚗 The annual fuel cost for our fleet of Critical Care Response Vehicles

🚁 28 lifesaving missions by helicopter

and

💓 Two Lucas chest compression devices

Thank you to everyone for the dedication and generosity over the past 12 years. We really couldn’t do what we do without support like yours!
