☕️ Wellness Coffee Morning – Bank Holiday Monday ☕️

Just a little reminder that our Wellness Coffee Morning is going ahead this Bank Holiday Monday Higham Ferrers Community Library and Wellbeing Hub 🤍

If you’re one of our regulars, we’d love to see you as always. And if you’ve been meaning to come along but haven’t quite managed it, perhaps the bank holiday gives you a little more space in your morning to join us.

A relaxed morning to pause, connect, chat and take a little time for yourself.

Everyone is welcome I’d love to see some new faces too. 💛

Bank Holiday Update...

The wellness coffee morning will continue as normal on Monday with the lovely Wellness Hub by Ashley, 9.30am - 11am.

Crafternoon will take a break for the bank holiday and return on Monday 7th Septemeber 2pm - 4pm.

What a brilliant morning of facepainting, crafts and fun at Higham Ferrers Community Library and Wellbeing Hub with Tookeys Creations. Fully booked with a little overflow garden party to accommodate everyone.
Obviously I had to join in with some facepaint and glitter tattoos. 🌸🦋👸🦸‍♂️

A lovely little boy who visits the hub with his family is very fond of our purple crochet wind spinners so I offered to make him one. He asked for a blue one so here we go... ready for you to collect at tomorrow's children's activities. 💙

This week's holiday activities at Higham Ferrers Community Library and Wellbeing Hub were lots of fun with story telling, crafts, play, and gardening. The children enjoyed scoffing the ripe tomatoes and 'the tomatoes gang' watered them lots in the hope that there are more ready to eat next week. 💦☀️🍅
It is fantastic to meet these wonderful families including regular attendees and new visitors coming together and making friendships.

We look forward to seeing you next week for zoo animal stories and crafts with Dom, Diane and Donza! 🐘🐒🦒🐅🦓

Thank you Wellness Hub by Ashley for the lovely 'Family Calm and Connect' session today.
It was great to try some new things such as breathwork, tapping and dancing our feelings with a bit of colouring and play time too. 😌🥰
