Baytree Residential Lets Baytree Residential Lets was formed in April 2013 when it acquired the long established Homecare/Baytree Lettings business est 1985. We are members of NALS.

Whether you are a homeowner looking to rent out your property, a seller who can't sell and needs to move, or a Buy to Let investment landlord with one or one hundred properties, Baytree can provide the lettings service that is right for you. We are a limited company that has many long term clients with whom there is a professional and pleasant relationship built on trust. We pride ourselves on our

personal approach and understanding of landlords and tenants requirements. We are SAFE agent registered. SAFE is a new campaign set up to make it easy for landlords and tenants to know they are dealing with a professional agency with client money protection and standards which have met a strict criteria. The National Approved Letting Scheme is a Government funded scheme for accreditation and registration of professional lettings agents. We are also a member of The Property Ombudsman Scheme. The Property Ombudsman for Lettings can resolve disputes referred by landlords or tenants that relates to lettings and management agents that are members of the Scheme. These agents follow the Code of Practice for Letting Agents.

Our offices are located directly opposite the Tesco Express store in Lymington Road, Highcliffe. There is free short term parking in front of our offices and adjoining roads. We are also a short walk from the municipal public car park (on the same side as Baytree Residential Lets), at the Christchurch end of Lymington Road.
