March was the month of the hidden heroes at Pivotal 🌟

Our HR & Finance Coordinator, Molly, was the well-deserved winner of our coveted ‘In the Box’ award for March.

Working tirelessly behind the scenes, Molly often keeps everything running smoothly without seeking the spotlight, but this month, the team made sure her hard work didn’t go unnoticed.

Making her choice of the twelve boxes, she walked away with a £25 Next gift card… and, more importantly, some well-earned recognition 👏

We’re thrilled to share that our sponsored Stoke Golding U11s have won the league 🏆

With seven games played and seven wins, the team remained unbeaten all season and can officially call themselves champions!

With nominations continuing to grow each month, competition is stronger than ever—but this time, the all-important decision goes to Assistant Project Manager, Josh.

Always willing to lend a hand and share his knowledge, Josh is a fantastic addition to the PM team. In a short space of time, he’s already made a strong impact—supporting multiple sites, gaining additional accreditations, and bringing a positive attitude to everything he does.

Our January ‘In The Box’ winner chose lucky box number 11 and walked away with a £20 Love2Shop voucher 😍

A huge congratulations to our newest team member, Scott Henderson 🏅

Scott joined us back in November in our busy Bid department and well and truly hit the ground running during one of our busiest periods. Since day one, he’s worked incredibly hard, received multiple nominations across December and January, and settled into the Pivotal team like he’s been here for years.

Always positive, always willing to get stuck in — and already making a big impact 🙌

Yesterday, eleven members of the Pivotal team took part in a First Aid at Work course delivered by Nuco Training. The session covered everything from bandaging and CPR to defibrillator use and responding to electric shocks.
This training ensures our team—particularly our on-site Project Managers—are well prepared to handle any situations that may arise.

All eleven participants successfully completed the course and will be awarded their First Aid at Work certification 👏

A huge thank you to Maz from Nuco for delivering such an engaging and informative day. Our team thoroughly enjoyed the training and came away with valuable, practical skills.
