Recently, our office team took part in training looking at AI and how we can use it to make some of our day-to-day admin more efficient.

From saving time on everyday tasks to helping us work smarter behind the scenes, there are lots of ways technology can support the work we do.

And ultimately, less time spent on admin means more time to focus on what really matters — the people we care for.

Because while technology might change the way we work, there are some things it will never replace.

Supporting someone at home isn't only about personal care and medication. Our carers are there to help people we support live their lives with as much independence as possible.

It can be getting out of the house, a trip to the shops, a haircut or even helping to choose between butter chicken and chicken korma! 💙

For police officers, recognising when someone may be living with dementia and understanding how best to communicate and support them can make a real difference.

Our carers spend their days looking after others, so it’s important we look after them too. 💙

A fallen branch wasn't going to stop Trudi and Kin yesterday on their rounds. So they rolled up their sleeves, and with the help of another driver they managed to move this fallen tree!

Today we’re celebrating an incredible milestone as Leah marks 5 years with Anchusa Care!

Leah started her career with Anchusa Care as a carer, and over the past five years, her dedication, kindness and commitment have seen her grow through the business, and today she continues her journey in her role as community manager.

We’re so proud to have watched her grow and are incredibly grateful for everything she has contributed over the last five years. She is hard-working, compassionate, kind, funny, the first and last one on the dance floor, and most recently, a TikTok celebrity!

Last week was another brilliant day in our bid to create 500 Dementia Friends, helping to raise awareness and understanding of dementia.

After meeting Shila at Stevenage Day, she kindly invited us to deliver a session to her community, and what a wonderful afternoon it was.

It was an absolute privilege to talk to so many incredible people, hear their stories and, of course, listen to their feedback on the session and what they would take away from the day.

Thank you so much for having us and making us all feel so welcome.
