🎄✨ STALL HOLDERS — IT’S CHRISTMAS TIME! ✨🎄

Friday 4th Dec
Time - 3:30 - 8-9pm
Where - HOSM Village Hall - YO43 4EN

It’s happening, the Holme Christmas Craft Fayre is officially open for stall holder registrations and we cannot wait to fill the hall (and the outdoor area!) with festive magic, handmade treasures and brilliant local businesses.

We have 28 indoor spaces available, plus outdoor pitches for those bringing their own table or gazebo.
Please note: this is a registration form, not a booking form.
All bookings will be confirmed via email, along with a link to pay once your stall is approved.

To keep the Fayre exciting for visitors and ensure strong trade for everyone, stall types will be reviewed, meaning we’ll avoid allocating too many stalls of the same kind wherever possible.

🛑 New ‘No Ball Games’ Signs Installed at the Play Park 🛑

Many residents have asked for clearer signage around ball games in the play park and this week Adi got them installed.
We think you’ll agree, they look great and will really help keep the space safe for our youngest park users.

⚠️ Broken Glass Found in the Play Park

We have been informed that there is broken glass in the playpark, which poses a serious safety risk to younger children who use the space daily.

A reminder to Parents and Guardians of older children:
The playpark is intended for children up to the age of 13. Please speak with your children and remind them that vandalism, littering, breaking glass, or any other anti‑social behaviour will not be tolerated.

If these issues continue, we will have no choice but to close the playpark until the planned refurbishment takes place.
Please do not spoil this space for the smaller children who rely on it.

We ask everyone to be responsible and look after what we have otherwise, it may be taken away

What an absolutely brilliant turnout today, thank you to every single one of you who took the time to come along and share your thoughts.

A huge shout‑out to the children who joined us, eagerly flicked through the catalogues, placed stickers on their favourite equipment and told us exactly what they want in their park. Your ideas were fantastic and genuinely helpful.

We also have an online survey (link below) for anyone who couldn’t attend in person.
We’ve already had 33 responses, which is amazing, thank you!

🎉 Great News, HOSM! The Play Park Is OPEN Again! 🎉

The gates are unlocked, the sunshine’s out and the play park is officially back open for fun, laughter and summer adventures! 🌞✨

To keep it safe, clean and enjoyable for everyone, please remember:

• No ball games inside the play park, the playing fields are the perfect spot for a good kickabout! ⚽
• No dogs allowed in the play park, this helps keep the space clean and safe for little ones. 🐾
• Use the litter bins for any rubbish, let’s keep our park looking lovely! 🗑️💚
