Peak Cavern - "The Devil's Arse" Deep into the cliffs is Peak Caverns imposing entrance chamber - the largest natural cave entrance in the British Isles.

The approach to Peak Cavern or “The Devil’s Arse” is awe inspiring. Inside the Cavern’s imposing entrance chamber you will see the remains of an ancient village where a whole community lived and worked making ropes for the local lead mines. Guided tours, including rope-making demonstrations, last 1 hour. They are fairly undemanding and are suitable for all ages.
