Ready to take the next step in your leadership journey?
We're looking for another passionate Deputy Manager to join our Support Hub, helping to lead a dedicated team supporting adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilled, independent lives.
What you'll do:
Support the day-to-day running of the Service Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
Champion person-centred care and high-quality support
Step up to manage the service in the Manager's absence
Help shape a positive, inclusive and empowering environment
What we're looking for:
Experience in CQC-regulated care services
Strong leadership and organisational skills
A real passion for supporting people to thrive
NVQ Level 3 (or above) in Health & Social Care or willingness to do in early stages of the role
If you enjoy a role where no two days are the same - and love supporting both people and processes - this could be the perfect next step.
