For many of us, managing money can feel overwhelming at times - bringing with it stress, worry, and uncertainty about the future. 💭 That’s why this week we’re so pleased to have launched the Money Course (by Crosslight Advice) at our Gateway Women’s Centre.

This course is designed to support individuals in building confidence with their finances - offering practical guidance on budgeting, saving, and planning ahead. It’s never too late to take control and feel more secure about your financial future. 💷✨

We’re really looking forward to seeing how the course helps women feel more empowered and equipped to make informed decisions for themselves and their families. 💛

Our Gateway Women group had a wonderful time at the Day Centre, taking part in a mindful art workshop inspired by stones and rocks in nature. The creativity and calm in the room led to some truly beautiful pieces of art 🎨✨

In line with , we took some time this week to support our Year 6 pupils as they faced the pressures of their SATs 💛

We offered a calm, welcoming drop-in space where they could pause, be still, and take a moment away from the busyness of the school day. Through gentle activities and prayer, we encouraged them to release their worries and support one another.

It’s a real privilege to walk alongside young people during important moments like this, helping them feel supported, valued, and not alone in their journey through education.
