A spoky doll and a celebrity, great Saterday Market, bumped into Christopher Dean and Chucky the scary Doll from Child Play movie! Great to experience being a trader rather than a punter, turning unwanted items into cash, 6am start and all stalls full!!!

Tuesday Sunrise & Showers, a colourful, Autumnal start to the day, spotted 4 Ercole dinning chairs, some repair, £50 the lot. My favorite a very sensitive watercolour/mixed media portrait, in oval frame, has some age to it🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

it’s not often I’m against change, but when kirklees Council want to bring an end to the market as we know it, destroy the heritage and culture of a community, displace a people whose lives are built around this historical building ,then something needs to be done so please read and do what you can; the market cafes are empty, so why turn the stalls into more food stalls, when there are cafés empty, the market is unique, it attracts many people, it is both intergenerational and inter cultural, please take action 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
