Trinity Park Stud are looking for a Full or Part Time Stud Hand, previous horse experience would be essential but training will be provided for the role. We are an established Thoroughbred Stud with plenty to offer someone who already has worked in the industry or if you are looking for your first job to gain experience.
The role would suit someone that is enthusiastic, happy to work as a team member and enjoys all aspects of the Thoroughbred industry from foaling to sales preparation. Must be confident around young horses.
The role includes the caring for mares, foals and yearlings on a daily basis, as well as helping with routine reproductive procedures and general grooming/yard duties. We also attend the Thoroughbred Sales (Yearlings, Mares and Foals) every year, so sales work would be available. We ideally would like someone full time but can be flexible with hours and days of the week to make it a more of a part time position, the applicant would be required to work EVERY OTHER weekend (2 mornings & 1 afternoon on their required weekend working).
