Concluding our summer of FREE activities for children, this Friday at 2.30-4.00pm there will be a drop-in craft workshop creating wind spinners from recycled CDs and DVDs. This is in keeping with the Summer Reading Challenge theme of read to the beat

You are invited to the Mad Hatter's Tea Party here at the library! There will be sandwiches and cupcakes and fizzy pop served in teapots. There will also be a quiz and a prize for the best costume or mad hat.

There are limited spaces available and booking is essential. This is a Friends of Ilminster Library event and there is a £3 per person charge to cover costs, payable in cash at the library when booking.

Unfortunately the internet problems we have had over the last few days persist today. Therefore we have no access to the public network, staff computers or catalogue system.

We are still able to lend books and receive returns and access the photocopier, asking with the Summer Reading Challenge and treasure hunt.
