Oasis Academy Immingham At OAI our students REACH and achieve their goals! Oasis Community Learning was set up in 2004 with the express purpose of developing the Oasis Academies.

Its roots are strongly based in Oasis UK. Oasis Academy Immingham is proud to be the first Oasis Academy to open. Oasis Community Learning believe in 'Exceptional Education at the Heart of the Community'. We understand the complex responsibilities of education, through a lens of character, competence and community. These principles, along with the Oasis 9 Habits and ethos, are intentionally develo

ped and embedded throughout all of our academies day-to-day. We have a commitment to inclusion, social integration and closing the disadvantage gap; we want to give advantage to the disadvantaged. Through a fostering of character and relationships, our students and teachers can form meaningful relationships built on a shared determination to learn and develop together as one community; one family. Together, Oasis staff aspire to:

Create safe, stimulating learning environments
Increase progress and attainment above national averages

King Charles made a detour so he could speak to all the Oasis Immingham children and made their day! They were an asset to the academy and thanked staff as they left the venue! ❤️

We’ve got 20 new super chefs!🧑‍🍳

Our mini Y8 chefs have had a tremendous experience today cooking up authentic street food with the incredible Cooky Cooks 👏

The girls created tasty Korean-style tacos with fried halloumi and a range of toppings🌮whilst the boys produced their own naan bread with Indian spiced fried chicken and garnish 🍗

The feedback about you was outstanding as always… ‘ nothing short of superb and a great bunch to work’. 🙌
And yes, the boys definitely made more mess!

🤩 Y E A R 1 0 🤩

Over tomorrow and Friday, Year 10 students will be taking part in tutor time discussions focused on Pride Month. These sessions aim to promote respect, understanding and awareness, supporting our commitment to an inclusive school community where everyone feels valued.

Students will have the opportunity to learn more about the significance of Pride, explore themes of equality and identity, and reflect on how we can all help create a supportive environment for others.

We also want to remind students that Mrs Kaveney runs an LGBTQ+ club once a month. This is a welcoming and supportive space for students, with further information available in the Library.
Thank you for your continued support in helping us foster kindness, respect and inclusion across our school community. 🌈
