We’re Hiring! Join L’Arche Edinburgh and L’Arche Highland as an Assistant Business Administrator
Are you an organized and detail-oriented administrator looking for a meaningful role in a vibrant community? L’Arche is seeking a full-time Assistant Business Administrator to provide efficient and professional administrative support for our Highland and Edinburgh communities. Based out of the L’Arche Highland Office in Inverness, you’ll help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Role Highlights:
Position: Assistant Business Administrator (Permanent, Full-Time)
Location: L’Arche Highland Office, Inverness
Hours: 37.5 hours per week with some flexibility
Salary: £13.45 per hour (rising from year two)
Closing Date: Monday, 21st September 2026
What You’ll Do:
Manage correspondence and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and general office tasks.
Improve community organization, communication, and efficiency.
What We Are Looking For:
1-2 years of experience within administration.
Strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Excellent time-management skills and the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
Openness to wider L’Arche community life and building relationships with people with and without learning disabilities.
