BM Sprinklers are currently on site at Richbell Court, a 15 storey high rise block of flats to retrospectively install a full BS9251:2021 system throughout, all third party accredited fire stopping, BS5839-Part 6 fire alarms and the BS5839-Part 1 fire alarms.

The project is progressing well and we are really pleased to have received some excellent feedback from the tenants. Our engineers are on track to complete all works at Richbell Court in November.

❌Sprinklers can flood a building if they are activated - not true! ❌

Each sprinkler head must be activated by heat so only the head affected by heat from the fire will activate - this is usually enough to extinguish or contain the fire 🔥💦
