The Department of Health and Social Care is running a survey to understand the experiences of people who arrange and pay for their own care and support, often called ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ณ-๐—ณ๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€. They want to hear from people who have looked for self-funded care for themselves or for someone else. The survey takes around 10 minutes and ๐—ฐ๐—น๐—ผ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐˜€ ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—™๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฑ๐—ฎ๐˜† ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿณ ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฐ๐—ต.
