Detectives investigating a serious sexual assault that occurred in Stowmarket last year are renewing their appeal for information.

A woman aged in her 30s was out running along a path off Iliffe Way sometime between 5.45am and 6am on Wednesday 19 November 2025 when she was approached by an unknown man, who pulled her to the ground and sexually assaulted her.

Detective Inspector Stuart Dolan-Allen said: “We remain focussed on securing justice for the victim, as she deserves, and are doing everything we can to support her.

“We have been exploring every line of enquiry available to us to identify the perpetrator and are renewing our appeal for assistance from members of the public to encourage anyone with new information to contact us.”
