🚌 Bus Service Updates 🚌

Here are the latest bus service changes happening across Suffolk:

🛣️ From 19 May, Mulleys Coaches services 355 and M40 have returned to their usual routes into Bury St Edmunds, no longer using Compiegne Way and instead running via Thetford Road, Fordham Road and Station Hill.

📍 From 26 May, First Eastern Counties service 99A (Southwold – Halesworth) has updated timetables and route changes. Journeys now start and finish at the Co‑op in Halesworth, with revised school routes via Reydon and Halesworth.

🚆 On the same date, service X1 (Norwich – Lowestoft) has been extended to serve Lowestoft Railway Station.

⏱️ From 31 May, First Bus services 41, 41A and X41 (Norwich – Halesworth) will have minor timetable updates. Service 41 will now run via City Road and Long John Hill in Norwich, and the 22:10 X41 journey from Norwich will be extended through to Halesworth.

🔁 From 1 June, Dan's Coach Travel service DB1 (Bury St Edmunds – Stowmarket) will have revised departure times, with Moreton Hall and Thurston added back to the route. New request stops in Stowmarket.

✅ From 2 June, Star Cabs service 46A (Haverhill – Linton – Newmarket) will continue operating on Tuesdays, with slight timing adjustments.

🚌 Bus Service Updates 🚌

Several bus service changes are taking place across Suffolk in the coming weeks:

📆 From 24 May, First Eastern Counties services 99 and 101 in Lowestoft will see revised routes, frequencies, and updated timetables.

🚂 From 26 May, First Bus introduces the new Route 111, linking Lowestoft Bus Station with Carlton Colville Transport Museum.

🎪 A special Ipswich Buses route 23 Suffolk Show shuttle will operate on 27–28 May only, connecting Ipswich Train Station, Tower Ramparts, Gainsborough and Trinity Park.

🚏 From 31 May, Stagecoach services 13, 13A, and X13 (Cambridge Linton Haverhill) will have timetable changes, including an extra Saturday X13 journey at 5pm to Haverhill.

🚌 Bus Service Update – Stephensons service 112 🚌

Heads up to passengers travelling between Newmarket, Soham and Ely. 👋

✅ From 2 May 2026:
Stop-to-stop timings have been adjusted to improve punctuality.
Early morning and last journeys now have revised start and end times, with some changes to Soham starting/finishing locations.

Heads up, commuters! Significant changes to local timetables are happening soon across Suffolk.

✅ From March 30:
* Felix Taxis: Updates to Sudbury routes 700 and 716, including new journeys to Great Cornard and additional school holiday services.

✅ From April 12/13:
* Timetable updates to Ipswich Buses routes 1, 2, 7, 16, 92, 93, 93A, X93, 118, 119, 616 and 997, Mulleys service 377.
* Simonds Renumbering: Services 110, 112, 113, and 114 are being renumbered to 74, 74A, 75, and 75A.
* Konectbuses Renumbering: Service 379 becomes 53, and service 461 (Wednesday only) becomes 53A.
* New Services: Introduction of Konectbuses routes 51, 52, and Simonds 482.

⚠️ Cancellation: * Mulleys 311 will be cancelled effective April 13. Passengers should use Stephensons 311 or Mulleys 312 as alternatives.
