Lovely chatting to everyone yesterday at the SGN Hub in Lymington and helping people learn more about our service in the area. It was also a great opportunity to meet other charities and support event groups in the area.

Would you like to learn more about your local meals on wheels service in the area? We will be having an information stall on Monday 19th October between 10am-1pm in Lymington at the princess royal trust for carers Home and Well Hub. Pop in for a chat to gain further information.

Are you an unpaid carer in Lymington? In Partnership with SGN we are hosting a Home and Well Hub on the 19th October. This will consist of information, support and advice on how to keep warm and save money this winter.

🌷 Menopause Awareness Month 2026 🌷

October is Menopause Awareness Month, with World Menopause Day taking place on 18 October.

This year's theme is Lifestyle Medicine, recognising how healthy lifestyle choices can support people through menopause and beyond. From balanced nutrition and regular exercise to prioritising sleep and managing stress, small daily habits can have a positive impact on health and wellbeing.
