Our cheese trolley went around with 5 different cheeses to try. Stilton, Brie, Cheddar, Red Leicester and Wensleydale with cranberries

Stilton received a love it or hate it reaction. The majority didn’t like it at all. Many would not even try it
They were surprised by how mild Brie was
