For Volunteers’ Week 2026, we’d like to say thank you to all our incredible volunteers.

We are incredibly grateful for the time, commitment and passion you give to Sea Cadets every week.

Whether you’re instructing, supporting your unit behind the scenes, or helping cadets take part in new opportunities, you are making a real and lasting difference to young people’s lives.

As one parent shared recently, “it’s helped bring out the best in my children - we’re very grateful.”

On behalf of our cadets, thank you for your dedication, time and inspiration 💙

Thank you for hosting us at the Kettering Volunteer Fair, Kettering Town Council! We really appreciate being able to share what we do with our community.

Volunteers are the driving force behind community groups and Kettering Sea and Royal Marines Cadets are no different. Without our adult volunteers in the Unit and on the Unit Management Team, we wouldn't be able to provide young people with these fantastic opportunities.

It's not just Cadets who benefit. We offer our adult volunteers training, certification and qualifications in First Aid and Catering, Boating and Working with Young People and everything in-between!

If you're interested in investing in young people and your own self development, get in touch!

A huge thank you to Kettering Town Council, the volunteer organisations who attended, everyone who came to talk to us and our Cadets who supported us today🥰
