The Hall has seven remaining priest hides, more than any other house in England, and allows visitors to experience the unique beauty of Elizabethan wall paintings, original paneling and floorboards. Join us for a good old-fashioned garden party at Harvington Hall. Enjoy a relaxed day of traditional garden games and face painting, all set in the beautiful grounds of the Hall.

The Hall itself will be open to explore on a self-guided basis. Visitors can choose a joint ticket for both the Hall and the garden party, or attend the garden party on its own. With plenty to enjoy for all ages, this is a perfect day out for families and friends alike.

The Malt House Coffee Shop will be open throughout the day, serving coffee, cakes, and light lunches.

With over 30 years as an Archery GB instructor and former Archery Officer for the National Association of Re-enactment Societies, Jonathan brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and fascinating historical insight to this unique hands-on course.

Perfect for kids over 12yrs and adults. This is your chance to learn the techniques, discipline, and thrill of traditional longbow shooting in a truly historic setting. All equipment is provided, and blunt arrows are used for a safe and enjoyable experience.

Whether you’ve always wanted to try archery or are looking for a memorable gift or experience, this is a rare opportunity to connect with England’s martial past in an authentic and exciting way.

Courses start at either 10am or 2pm.

We're delighted to be hosting a film production at Harvington Hall on selected dates this summer.

Filming dates:
📅 Monday 17 - Saturday 22 August
📅 Wednesday 2 - Friday 4 September

During these filming periods, the Hall will have exclusive access for the production crew and will not be open to visitors.

The Gardens and Coffee Shop will remain open throughout the filming periods, with the exception of the date below:

Full site closure:
❌ Thursday 3 September

On this date, both the Hall and Gardens will be closed to the public.

We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. We look forward to welcoming you on other open days throughout the season.

It's the the school holidays! We are open Wednesday-Sunday and also on Bank Holiday Monday.

Why not come and enjoy a refreshing drink in the gardens and then take a tour of the Hall? We host at least 6 tours per day including our Family Friendly Tours at 13:30 each day.
