After a conversation with one of my fellow blasties......we got onto the subject of " Characters " from our home town.......one in particular was someone called "Spider", being kind, we mentioned that he liked to consume the local beverage.......and would shout down the main street " azzzzzzaspiiiiider " once he was full of it !!!.
Jimmy on the Milk and Sammy on the Bins were also mentioned !!

Update: it is with deep sadness that Bertie has sadly passed away…… only days after celebrating his century in life……sincere condolences to all his family and friends.
