W.A.G.Z Young Women's Group A new group for young women (aged 18 plus) in North West Kilmarnock. We plan to meet on a monthly basis from September to May.

WAGZ are organising a charity quiz night on Saturday the 11 of June at 7pm in St John's Church Hall. Tickets cost £4 for adults and £1 for children. This year the money raised is going to Hillhouse. We will have a raffle, a guess the weight of the cake competition and a Jewellery stall. Please come along and enjoy the night. Tickets are now available or you can purchase tickets on the door.

Our annual quiz night this year is for Alzheimer Scotland musical mind group. The quiz is on Saturday the 13th of June at 7pm. Tickets cost £3 and kids get in for free. There will be the usual Raffel and refreshments. Hope to see you there.

Our annual charity quiz night this year is taking place from 7pm on June the 14th at St John's Church Hall, Onthank. This year we are raising money for Ayrshire Cancer Support a fabulous local charity whose work is highly valued by everyone in our local community. Please come along, tickets are only £3 and children get in for free. We also will hold a raffle and silent auction on the night as part of our fundraising endeavours. Thanks for your support.

Thank you to everyone who came along to our first night. As promised here is the fabulous truffle recipe.

Truffle mixture
350g of chocolate
357 ml Elmlea (double)
heat cream till bubbling (not boiling)
add chocolate and melt over low eat.
Put in fridge to set.

Quiz Night was fabulous, thank you all for coming,we raised approx. £350 for the Ayrshire Hospice. We are now planning for next year, and will keep you posted for all coming events. Have a great summer and see you in September. Be, Andrea, Joyce and Elaine x
