Scotland’s National Day of Movement – 18 June 2026

Scotland’s National Day of Movement is an opportunity to celebrate the big, the small and everything in-between. Everyone’s movements are meaningful to them.

Movement doesn’t have to look a certain way - enjoy the ways you move that work for you.

However you’re moving on this Day of Movement, we’d love to hear about it.

Tell us what your movement for health is – whether walking, wheeling, riding, bending, stretching - and share the different ways you like to move. See comments for form.

Help inspire others across Fife to get moving too.
