Well what a lovely day it’s been at the show ground today. Both the Fire Crews from Kingsbridge and Modbury would like to say thank you to everyone who came along to visit our stand and have a chat about fire safety , the equipment we carry, and showed an interest in the job we do.
We all enjoyed the show and meeting all the visitors during the day.
So a big thank you to you all from all of us

Thank you Kingsbridge Coastguard Rescue Team for inviting us to your station for this invaluable opportunity.

It is really important that we all have a shared understanding of each others capabilities and how we can help each other at incidents within our community.

Hi All
This is a request which hopefully will help everyone stay safe. Please can you all dispose of your batteries in a safe and considerate way. Be it Nicad batteries, lithium ion batteries or any other type of rechargeable batteries and of course any other type. These batteries can start fires in waste trucks when the compactor crushes the rubbish and also are a problem at the rubbish tips as well.
It’s a serious concern now and we are asking for your help in disposing of them properly, Thank you in advance
For your help in this matter…..
STAY SAFE
