🔥 Fire Systems Installation Engineer
🔐 Security Systems Engineer (CCTV, Access Control, Intruder)

We’re based in Hull, and are considering candidates anywhere along the M62 corridor from Hull to Manchester.

If you deliver quality work, communicate well, and take ownership of what you do, we want to speak to you.

You’ll be working nationally on high‑standard, multi‑discipline installations where your expertise genuinely matters. We value capability, consistency and people who take pride in getting things right.

At PDS, we are deeply committed to maintaining the highest standards of health and safety, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our team, clients, and workspaces. This allows us to deliver our services with excellence and care.

Each quarter, we hold an engaging toolbox talk to reaffirm our dedication to these values and keep our team informed and inspired.

This quarter, we held discussion on several important topics:

- Accidents & Incidents Reporting: Emphasising the significance of reporting any incident or accident, no matter how minor, to maintain a culture of safety and prevention.

- PPE – Hi-Visibility Vests: usage and upkeep of Hi-Visibility Vests, highlighting their role in enhancing safety on site.

- Safe Driving: Encouraging safe driving practices by strictly following traffic laws and promoting courtesy and professionalism on the road.

- Mental Health First Aid: with a designated Mental Health First Aider now part of the team, we wanted to promote the availability of a safe space which provides a supportive environment for anyone facing personal or work-related challenges.

- On Site Professionalism: Reinforcing on-site professionalism, recognising that our conduct is key to building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients, whether they are new or long-standing.

Together at PDS, we are building a culture of safety, professionalism, and support, ensuring that PDS continuously delivers exceptional service.
