Try 10-minute Let’s Move! activities at home

We’re using fun movement activities in class to boost focus and wellbeing, and now you can bring the excitement home with the Let’s Move New Move Club.

Movement doesn’t have to mean ‘sporty’, and it doesn’t need special equipment, lots of space or a sunny day. With ideas that take just 10 minutes, getting active can be fun and achievable for every family.

Acorns Halloween Disco 🎃

Get ready for a spooktacular Halloween disco packed with fun, dancing, games and creative crafts! 🕷️

We have a HENRY Healthy Families Right From the Start programme starting in November at our Family Hub.

If you have at least one child under 5 years old and can answer 'yes' to any of the questions below then HENRY is for you:

Would you like to feel more confident as a parent?
Would you like some support to give your child a healthy start?
Do you wish your child would eat more fruit and vegetables?
Would you like to reduce mealtime stress?
Would you like to enjoy being active together as a family more often?
Are you interested in some ideas to get children away from the TV?

The HENRY programme can help everyone with a baby or a young child under 5. Every parent who attends this programme learns something new and useful.

Get ready for a magical, fun-filled play session packed with exciting activities for little ones! 🕷️🦇
Join us on 30th October at 10–11am for 0- Walking or 11:15am–12:15pm for Walking to 3 years.

There will be:
🎃 Squishy and messy play
🖐️ Fun spooky footprints and Bumkins
🧸 Soft play
🎨 Creative and exciting activities
✨ Lots of exploring, playing and giggles!
