Our Baby Yoga sessions help you to relax your mind and body with your baby by your side as well as enhancing your wellbeing, strengthening your body and improving your posture. This session is every Thursday, 10.15-11.15am, term time only. No booking required. Come along and give it try. Just turn up 🙂
