🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Match day is here! Whether you’re cheering the Three Lions from the stands, the fan zone, or your local pub, make every moment one to remember—for the right reasons! ⚽️

If you’re enjoying a drink, pace yourself, stay hydrated, eat before and during the game, and always look out for your mates. The best celebrations are the ones everyone gets home safely from! 💙

Let’s get behind England, make some unforgettable memories, and show the world what great fans are all about.

Come on England! 🦁🦁🦁

We are always on the lookout for new volunteers 👀

As one of our mentors, you would be matched up with one of our young people and meet with them once a week or once every other week.

Sessions can range from meeting for a chat, a coffee, wandering around the museums, going for walks or even more structured things & we are always welcome to new ideas 😌

Some of the benefits of becoming a volunteer at refresh include:

💙 All costs are covered
💙 All training is provided, with options to access further training if desired
💙 Add to your CV and find further opportunities
💙 Give back to your local community
💙 Increase networking

Plus more!
