This week, we’re celebrating the people behind the scenes who quite literally build the Kinross Show from the ground up. 🚜🌾

Long before the crowds arrive and the rings are full, an incredible team of volunteers is out on the field making it all happen. From measuring and marking out the showground, to cutting the grass, unloading gates and barriers, and building the pens from scratch, every part of the show starts with their hard work.

For many years, Mike and John have carefully measured and marked each section of the ground, while George keeps the showfield looking its best. Alongside them is a brilliant team of volunteers who help transform an empty field into the Kinross Show we all know and love.

To everyone who gives up their time, energy, and muscle power year after year, thank you. You are the backbone of the show. 💚

Good morning! A slightly different day today at Skeins and Bobbins. Mhairi is away at an event in Glasgow and so the relief team are in charge of the shop! 🤣 We hope to open at 1pm and will host Knit and Natter at 2pm as usual. Everyone is very welcome, we'd love to see you!

All Ability Tricycles Open Day – Sunday 7th June 10am

We are excited to be holding an Open Day on Sunday 7th June at Kirkgate Park from 10am to 1pm to showcase our amazing new fleet of tricycles. Everyone is welcome to come along and try our trikes which are suitable for adults and older teenagers. We offer sessions on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays and our All-Ability Co-ordinator, Michelle Lark, can provide details. Please contact her by email at [email protected]
