📣 Shout out to our amazing youth service!

Our youth service have pulled together some amazing stats as part of their annual report for 2025/2026. Some highlights include:

⭐ 14,231 young people engaged in youth service activities.
⭐ 18,537 hours of youth provision delivered across Nottinghamshire.
⭐ 86,420 free meals provided to young people through our youth work sessions.
⭐ 290 partner agencies worked alongside us to support young people.
⭐ 7,870 project based youth work interventions delivered.
⭐ Thousands of young people supported through key transitions, wellbeing, youth voice and targeted interventions.

Young people are at the heart of our youth service. Listening to them and providing them with safe spaces, trusted youth workers, and valuable support has a huge impact.

💙 Youth Workers & Youth Support Workers Are So Much More Than Their Job Titles 💙

Behind every young person who feels seen, heard, and supported is often a dedicated Youth Worker or Youth Support Worker who chose to show up, listen, and believe in them.

Every day, Youth Workers and Youth Support Workers support young people facing complex challenges. They build trusting relationships, create opportunities, foster resilience, and help young people navigate life’s ups and downs with confidence and hope.

Their work often happens behind the scenes, but its impact lasts a lifetime. They are there to celebrate achievements, provide encouragement during setbacks, and remind young people that they are never alone.

To all Youth Workers and Youth Support Workers: thank you for your compassion, patience, dedication, and unwavering belief in the potential of every young person.

Nominations for the Outstanding Achievement 4Uth award close tomorrow, Friday 19 June.

If you know and inspirational young person age 11 to 19, we would love to hear from you. The award aims to recognise young people who have achieved amazing things and overcome barriers, whatever they may be.
