Good to know if you need clear, defined magnification or to change print and background colours so that you can access archive materials... Our new CloverBook XL Lite is portable, adjustable and easy to use. Here, we're examining a removal order concerning the removal and conveyance of Hannah Coe and her daughter Elizabeth from Tarbock to the Overseers of the Poor of Liverpool, dated 4 August 1721.

‼️UPDATE... Huge apologies! The Search Room will remain closed to visitors from Monday 22 June - Wednesday 24 June inclusive, to allow for works in the store to be completed. During the closure, we'll try our best to deal with remote enquiries however, our access to the collections will be limited. We apologise for the ongoing closure and any inconvenience this will cause. ‼️
