Doing something a little bit different is always scary, but I think this one will be really fun. Our next Ladies’ Night involves not glass but jewellery making!

I used to make lots of wire jewellery but I haven’t done it in years…I think it’ll be great to get the crochet hooks out again!

Other than that, our Ladies’ Night will be the same as ever, with tea and coffee on tap, a glass of Prosecco and lots of lovely chatter

Come along and try your hand at making a crochet beaded bracelet 🪎 absolutely no experience needed. With a simple chain stitch and some gorgeous beads, we’ll all be crafting our newest accessory

For our next Ladies Night, we will be playing with kiln-carving. This is such a great way to get designs into glass. The pattern ends up embossed into the underside of the piece. A particular favourite design of mine is a naughty word carved into coloured glass - you often can’t see it unless you look closely!

Ladies Nights start at 7pm and you have two hours to create your bespoke piece of art glass whilst sipping a glass of bubbles and chatting with friends or new acquaintances. It's a great way to switch off at the end of a busy week.

So, pop the date in your diaries...
Friday 3rd July at 7pm.

£38 per person to include one glass of prosecco and nibbles. Please feel free to bring yourself/your group more bubbles.

Whilst studio workshops offer full freedom over what you create, Ladies’ Nights are so interesting because it’s an opportunity to see 10+ different interpretations of the same technique

The dragonfly was unexpected but a very good example of taking the same method of construction and applying it to a different shape!

Isn’t the before and after so fascinating? It’s often hard to visualise exactly how the fired piece will look
