• SWE registered and experienced within Children's Social Care
• Strong knowledge of adoption legislation, safeguarding and statutory guidance
• Skilled in building relationships with children, families and partner agencies
• Passionate about delivering effective interventions and supporting children to thrive

🔹 Deputy Team Manager
• SWE registered with significant experience in adoption services
• Ability to provide professional guidance and support to colleagues
• Experience of adoption panels, quality assurance and service improvement
• Committed to developing a high-performing, inclusive team culture through reflective supervision and leadership
