PUBLIC HEALTH ALERT: VOLUNTARY RECALL OF SELECT LOTS OF GAS-X EXTRA STRENGTH SOFTGELS
Haleon is issuing a voluntary nationwide recall of four specific lots of Gas-X Extra Strength Softgels (125mg), in both 72-count and 120-count packages. This recall is being initiated due to potential contamination with a diluted propylene glycol-based coolant from a machine leak during the packaging process.
Potential Health Effects:
Ingestion of the contaminated softgels could potentially lead to adverse events, including nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and diarrhea. To date, Haleon has not received any reports of adverse events related to this issue.
Affected Products:
This recall is limited to the specific lots listed below. No other lots of Gas-X Extra Strength, or any other Gas-X products, are affected by this recall.

What Consumers Should Do:
Consumers who have purchased Gas-X Extra Strength Softgels should check the lot number on their packaging to see if it is one of the affected lots. If the lot number matches, consumers should immediately stop using the product.
