Congratulations KBMS! It’s incredible what you have created for the local community, 👏

Grand opening of their new premises.

Kirkmuirhill and Blackwood Men’s Shed are delighted to announce that their NEW premises at:

📍 30 Thornton Road, Kirkmuirhill, ML11 9QE

will be officially opened on Sunday 31st May 2026 by their most senior and treasured member, Charlie Johnston.

🕑 The opening ceremony begins at 2pm, with the official opening taking place at 2.30pm.

☕ Refreshments will be served throughout the afternoon.

All friends, supporters, funders and members of the Lanarkshire Shed Network are warmly invited to come along and celebrate the fantastic growth of the Shed since it began in 2019.

👏 Community projects like this make such a difference — bringing people together, creating friendships, sharing skills and supporting wellbeing. Congratulations KBMS it’s extraordinary what’ve you created 👏🏻
