WHAT DO WE DO
Being a Heath care Assistant is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care. We don't do 15 minute visits as we are a quality care company who provides high quality care for our clients and our staff need the required time to provide this type of care.
Duties can include:
• Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit.
• Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework.
• Accompanying clients to appointments or shopping
• Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming to keep them healthy and independent.
WHATS IN IT FOR YOU
Care Assistant Benefits:
• Excellent pay rates - £13.50ph
• Hours Available: This role provides a guaranteed 16-20 hr contact however we also require the person to have full availability between 8.00am till 9.00pm and can work every second weekend
• Minimum 1 hour call – so you have the time needed with client.
